Public reuse notice

Publicly available content on Accordist may be accessed, indexed, or reused for research, discovery, and training purposes, provided attribution to Accordist is maintained and the content is not misrepresented.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or harassing
  • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Is misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent
  • Contains malicious code or spam

4. Community Standards & Moderation

Accordist provides user opinions and experiences related to fragrance combinations.

The Service does not provide medical, dermatological, or health advice. Individual reactions to fragrances vary. Always use products according to manufacturer instructions and discontinue use if irritation or adverse reactions occur.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Accordist (excluding User Content), including branding, logos, design elements, and software, is owned by Accordist or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use such materials without prior written permission.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

Upon deletion:

  • Your account access will be revoked
  • Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Certain aggregated or anonymized data may be retained

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
